Barney Korn, the founder of the B.B. Korn Manufacturing Company, created several iconic models of tether cars, which today are considered rare antiques and sell for impressive sums at auctions. To engage children in auto racing, he designed The Indianapolis - a non-motorized pre-war gift car to spark their interest in motorsports.
