Write to shop@classiccarhouse.dk regarding the order. Once we have received your information and the complaint is justified, you will be informed about the next steps. Remember to return the item in secure packaging and ask for a receipt for the shipment so that you can prove that the item has been sent to us.
You also have the option of returning your item to our physical store at Classic Car House. Please note that it is not possible to receive a cash refund on site. The amount will be refunded to the account used for the purchase.
You are responsible for the item from the time it is delivered to you until we receive it back. We do not accept cash on delivery packages.
Condition of goods upon return
You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the goods as you would in a physical store.
If the item has been tried out beyond what is described above, it will be considered used. This means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only receive a partial refund or no refund at all, depending on the commercial value of the item at the time of receipt of the return. In order to receive a full refund, you may only try the item without actually using it.
Refund
If you regret your purchase, you will of course receive a refund for the amount you have paid us.
In the event of a loss in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the purchase price.
When exercising your right of withdrawal, all payments received from you will be refunded, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we received notification of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal.
We only refund to the credit card used and unfortunately cannot refund to another account. It may take up to 10 business days from the time we receive the returned item before the refunded amount appears in your account. If you paid with a Mastercard or Visa Electron, it may take up to 30 days for the money to be released by your bank.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, unless you have provided proof of return before then.
Partial cancellation
If you have purchased multiple items in one order and only cancel part of your purchase, we will not refund the delivery costs.
Reimbursement
If a refund is involved, please include your bank details in the form of your registration number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided without risk by email or other electronic means, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for the purpose of processing the refund.
At Classic Car House Shop, we reserve the right to correct any errors in our stated prices. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. We reserve the right to sell out of items.
What can I pay with?
Classic Car House Shop accepts payment by VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and MobilePay. Payment will only be debited from your account once the order has been shipped. All prices are quoted in Danish kroner (DKK) and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and sold-out/discontinued items.
A two-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our warranty covers defects in materials and/or workmanship. You can have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by improper handling of the product/service. You must make a complaint within a "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect/fault. Classic Car House Shop will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.
Right of withdrawal
We offer a 14-day full return policy on items purchased in our online store.

You cannot cancel your purchase by simply refusing to accept delivery of the item without also sending clear notification of this toshop@classiccarhouse.dk.
If you have not picked up your package at the selected parcel shop, it will automatically be returned to us. If this happens, we will refund your purchase. However, we will deduct the return shipping cost, which is 50 DKK.

Items exempt from the right of withdrawal
The following types of goods are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
At Classic Car House Shop, we only ship to Denmark. We strive to process your order within 2 business days, and the order will be shipped the next business day. Orders are shipped every weekday, and your order will typically be delivered within 2-4 business days after ordering. Special delivery terms apply to certain items. The terms will be specified prior to the purchase of these items.
When your order is packed and ready for shipment, you will automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace number so you can follow the shipment. Please note that your order may be shipped in several parcels, depending on where the goods are shipped from. For goods with special delivery terms, the conditions will be specified on the product page prior to purchase.
Your order will be shipped with GLS, and you can choose delivery to a parcel shop, business address, or private address.
If no one is present at the private address, the package will be delivered to the nearest delivery point, and a notification will be left in the mailbox.
Please note:If there is no space at the selected delivery location, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery location, and you will be automatically notified.
All packages must always be signed for upon receipt upon presentation of valid ID. The shipment will typically be stored at the parcel shop for a maximum of 14 days before being returned to Classic Car House Shop as unclaimed. If the package is not picked up at the parcel shop, we will adjust the refund by DKK 50 for the return shipping.

You always have the option of picking up your items at our physical store at the museum, thereby saving on shipping costs and allowing you to see the item before deciding to take it home. Select "Pick up" under delivery when completing your order. When the item is ready for pickup, we will send you an email. You can cancel your purchase at the time of pickup.
Check your delivery
When you receive your package, please check the package and all contents immediately. Any complaints must be submitted no later than 24 hours after delivery or the next business day. If the damage is hidden, complaints must be submitted within 7 days.
Your complaint must include a photo of the shipping label (showing the package's tracking number) and photos documenting any damage to both the outside and inside of the package, as well as damage to the item.
