We process your data in accordance with the personal data legislation in force at any given time, including within the framework described in this policy. We generally only receive data that you have provided directly to us or that we have received from public authorities.

PROCESSING OF YOUR INFORMATION

Car storage
When you pre-book car storage with us.
Purpose: To manage your booking.
Category: General personal data: name, email address, telephone number, address, bank details, car details, insurance details.

Storage: Deleted at the request of the data subject or when storage ends.

For all types of payments to us
Purpose: To be able to document accounting to relevant authorities
Category: General personal data: name, email address, telephone number, address, payment details.
Source: The data subject.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(c).
Disclosure: Internally within the group, see section "Disclosure."
Storage: Invoice data is deleted after five years from the end of the current financial year; other data is deleted immediately after the expiry of the agreement.

Classic Car Club
When you sign up for the Classic Car Club and club events

Purpose: To administer your membership.
Category: General personal data: name, address, email address, telephone number, address, car make, model, year.

Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) – our legitimate interest in marketing our products and providing the data subject with information about savings for the data subject, when processing the data subject's general information, is considered to outweigh the data subject's interest in the information not being processed.

Storage: Deleted after 3 months when it has not been used for 12 months if it is more than two years since it was obtained.

Enquiries via Facebook or Instagram

Statistics
Statistics are compiled in connection with the above processes, statistics that contain general personal data, in order to improve the customer experience in our stores and online. We anonymize or delete personal data as soon as it is no longer relevant to the statistics. The statistics are compiled on the basis of the processing grounds in Article 6(1)(f), and the interest pursued is to improve our business.

Disclosure
Classic Car House is part of K.W. Bruun & Co, which is the parent company of a number of car import companies, leasing companies, etc. in the K.W. Bruun Group, which encompasses several cross-functional business areas, including IT and accounting. Your data will therefore be shared internally within the K.W. Bruun Group to the extent necessary to ensure fulfillment of your agreement. Internal disclosure within the Group is based on Article 6(1)(b) and (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation, weighing our legitimate interest in disclosing general personal data internally within the Group in order to perform tasks across the Group against the data subject's interest in the data not being disclosed. our interest outweighs the data subject's interest, as it should not be of particular importance to the data subject whether it is one Group company or another that performs the task; on the contrary, it should be important to the data subject that the right competence handles the task in which personal data is to be processed. Personal data is shared solely to pursue or support the above purpose. We also disclose your data at the request of authorities and in contexts where we are required to do so by law.

We use a number of data processors to pursue the stated purposes. The data processors may therefore access your data to the extent necessary to perform a given task. Data processing agreements have been entered into with all data processors to ensure that your data is processed in accordance with our instructions. In addition, we share data with partners where necessary to fulfill the purpose.
