Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, still have the tags attached, and be in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and resolve it.


Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable products (like food, flowers, or plants), customized products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you received. Once the return has been accepted, you can make a separate purchase of the new item.


The EU's 14-day cancellation period: Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without explanation, if the item is shipped to the EU. As noted above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, have the tag attached, and be in its original packaging. You must also have the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item, and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Right of complaint
When you shop in our webshop, you have a right of complaint for 24 months. You must complain within a "reasonable time." If you receive a defective product, you must notify us as soon as possible. If your complaint is justified, you can have your goods replaced or your money refunded, including your return shipping costs.

Remember to return the item in secure packaging and request a receipt for the shipment so that you can prove that the item has been sent to us.

Right of withdrawal
You have a 14-dayright of withdrawal from the date you receive your goods. As the buyer, you are liable for any deterioration in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. You must pay for the shipping costs associated with the return yourself. You can contact us at shop@classiccarhouse.dk. Once we have processed your email, you will be informed of the next steps. Remember to return the goods in secure packaging and ask for a receipt for the shipment so that you can prove that the goods have been sent to us.
