Right of complaint

When you shop in our webshop, you have a right of complaint for 24 months. You must complain within "reasonable time". If you receive a defective product, you must notify us as soon as possible. If your complaint is justified, you can have your goods exchanged or your money back, including return shipping.

Write to shop@classiccarhouse.dk regarding the order. Once we have received your information and the complaint is justified, you will be informed of the next steps. Remember to return the item in proper packaging and ask for a receipt for shipment so you can prove that the item has been sent to us
